The large room has a double bed with bedding, 2 bed side tables, 1 large wardrobe , chest of drawers, desk and chair, wicked chair and en-suite

The flat has got 4 rooms , 2 rooms have an en-suite and 2 other rooms share a communal bathroom.

At the moment living in the flat there is one female from England Teaching Art and two males one is a PHD student from Germany and one is a Software Engineer from South Africa. I find them friendly, clean and respectful.

I am looking for a considerate flat mate to come and stay at the flat that enjoys socialising but also enjoys their own personal space.

The kitchen/dinning is always kept clean and tidy by following a weekly rota. This includes your own rooms, so if you are respectful and clean you would love this flat.

The flat would suit a mature student or a professional that would like a quite and peaceful space. Sorry No Smokers.
