The flat is very central, it is located in a 3rd floor of a Victorian tenement next to Hillside Crescent in London Road. If you like outdoors activities it is just 10 min walk to Arthur Seat area and 10 min walk Carlton Hill area.

Only 10 min walk from Princes Street and 5 min by bus (1, 4, 5, 19, 26, 34, 44 ) as well as a very short walk to Meadowbank Retail Park; home to Lidl, Sainsburys, Poundland etc

The flat is HMO and has 4 rooms , 2 rooms with an ensuite and 2 rooms share a communal bathroom (the room currently available is to share with a male).

There are all professionals living in the flat. A female working as a primary teacher and a male working as civil servant and a female working for a legal education charity. I find them very respectful and although they like their own space they also like to socialise together from time to time.
