Haymarket Room to Let in Professional Flatshare

Hello!

We are currently looking for a new flatmate to live in a professional flatshare. The flat is in a really good location - pretty much directly across from Haymarket train station so really good for travel to work if needed.

There’s currently 4 of us - one guy and 3 girls! We’re all really friendly and sociable. We’re all in full time work so we’re quieter during the week but still do things as a flat after work a lot of the time.

The money side of things are as follows:

Rent - £456
Council tax - £48
Gas/electric - £20
WiFi - £9

These are all paid monthly around the same time as the rent. We paid a little extra for WiFi so it was capable of taking around 10 devices as there is 5 of us here with more than one device at times!
