Spacious, affordable, friendly flat in Longstone

Hi there. My lovely flatmate is leaving to her hometown due to the coronavirus situation and her room is available starting today 24th of March.
The room available is a large room with lots of closet space and a double bed and 2 large windows which catch the sun on a nice day.

The flat itself is fully furnished with white goods, a washing machine and fast wifi. There is a large living room which is ideal for gatherings. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a well-heated electric shower.

The surrounding area includes 2 highly recommended takeaways and a Sainsburys Superstore a 5 minute walk away, Co-op in 2 minutes, and an Asda Superstore a 15 minute walk away.

You will be sharing with a 2nd-year PhD Mechanical Engineering student who is sociable and very easy to get along with. There is a mutual respect for personal space and belongings.
