I am looking for a very clean and tidy individual (may consider couples at additional cost) to share a 2 bedroom flat with a professional. in a very good location with 3 minutes walk to the bus stop served buy day and night bus routes. Tram station is also a further few minutes from bus stop.

This area offers (2) two 24 hours Tesco supermarkets with a miles, one within Hermiston Gait shopping centre, there is also Gyle's shopping centre 1.5 miles away from the flat. In addition there are the following places of interest nearby;
- Edinburgh college & Napier university (Sighthill) (15mins walk)
- Edinburgh Zoo
- RBS Gogarburn
- Edinburgh Park station
- Convenient access and buses (day/night) to the Airport

Room has in-wall wardrobe and chest drawer and well as shelf and plenty of storage spaces in the flat. Also a large work desk and chair.

The rent includes all bills i. e Broadband, gas & electric, council tax and communal area services.
