Double room in 4 bed flat

This room is spacious and bright, situated roughly half an hour away from the city centre by bus. It is located in a neighborhood called Joppa, in between Musselburgh and Portobello, and is a two minute walk away from the beach! Ideal for students, you would be sharing a flat with three other residents, two of which are currently students. I have had to move out due to the COVID-19 restrictions, and we are looking for a friendly, interesting and respectful flatmate to replace me.

The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Bills are not included in the rent, however they would come to around £50 each. It is furnished - I apologize for the bedroom photo, as it still includes my belongings, but these will be moved out before the start of May, when I am able to travel to retrieve them.

Current flatmates are open to getting to know people and socializing, however would also appreciate flatmates who allow them their privacy too, and keep the flat clean. They also ask that in the current situation, if you are considering moving into the flat, you take COVID-19 measures seriously.

This flat is close to Edinburgh College on Milton Road, and has great transport links into town, and to Edinburgh University, Edinburgh Napier, and Queen Margaret's.
