Double room to let in a shared three bed flat. The flat has a bathroom, a separate shower room, a very large living / dining room, internal kitchen and lots of storage and corridor space. The room is a small double room. The flat is fully furnished to a good standard and has been occupied by graduate students and young professionals over the last four years.

One current resident is the 25 year old landlord who is living there part time only due to working away. Second resident is a 25 year old professional male. Bills are not included and are around £100 a month split three ways depending on levels of usage. Council tax is £50 - £60 a month each for non-students. The flat is in Abbeymount, close to Scottish Parliament and within 10 minutes walk of Princes Street and Waverley Station.
