Double Room in Lovely Bright Flat

Hi! I am the current tenant, looking for a flatmate to join me from 5 May in this fantastic two-bedroom flat in Newington.

Bills and (high-speed) broadband are usually about £100 per month, i. e. £50 each. So the total monthly rent would be about £525.

The flat is on a quiet side street just a couple of minutes from the Meadows. The bedrooms are facing the shared rear garden and as such are really quiet. There is on-street permit parking.
The entire flat is in very good condition as it was just renovated and painted before I moved in last year.

The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances throughout. There is a living room with wooden floors, a big sofa and dining table. It also makes for a great movie screening room with my projector.

I am doing a PhD in Computational Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh. I am also an avid traveller, languages enthusiast and a lover of the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, cycling, climbing, surfing, diving, tennis, getting my hands dirty in DIY projects, watching movies and I have an interest in meditation.

Looking for someone with similar interests ideally to share the flat. I like to keep the flat clean so it would be great if that's important to you, too. Preferably you are vegetarian like me. You should also be a student, unless you are willing to pay the council tax of course.
