Beautiful sunny flat with views of Arthur’s Seat

I’m renting out my spare room, which is fully furnished. Flat is modern (1995 build), kept very clean and tidy and is in a quiet area of Meadowbank over looking Arthur’s Seat.

You would have your own private bathroom and study room if needed.

I’m professional female, in my mid 30’s. I enjoy keeping fit, travel and general socialising. The flat is not a ‘party’ flat but welcome to have people round for dinner, drinks etc.

Flat is centrally located and just a few minutes walk from supermarket, shops, bars with Holyrood and Arthur’s Seat only a 7 minute stroll. Must be a dog friendly. I have a little poodle mix who is friendly and
hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed any hair.

I’m open to short term/Monday-Friday let. The room is not available until beginning of December or a January if preferred.
