Beautiful , bright room in Stockbridge with garden

The flat is a traditional Stockbridge flat on a lovely, friendly and quiet street.
It is located in the heart of stockbridge: a beautiful area of Edinburgh which is highly desirable.
The city centre (waverley station, princes treet, george street) is 15 minutes walk from the flat.
Stockbridge also has many great restaurants, bars and cafes minutes away.

The flat is spacious, clean and modern. The room is a double with views out into the lovely private garden. The room is very quiet and looks out over the garden. The flat has access to this private garden. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, the living room has plenty of space. There is a workspace in the kitchen and a desk workspace in the living room.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer also

I am an easy going guy who enjoys sport, fishing and music. I am the landlord and live in my other flat just round the corner on Cheyne street.
