Large common spaces downstairs including 2 living rooms (use is at the discretion of the landlord), a kitchen and a laundry room.

Live-in landlord. Relaxed, very quiet and tidy house; one labrador. You often wouldn't be able to tell there's anyone at all it's so calm. Looking for someone who would fit in well and who can keep to a cleaning rota for the common spaces without reminders!
