3 minutes walk to ferry road (Lothian bus 21,29, N37)
10 minutes walk to 14,16 27,37, N16 buses.
20 minutes bus rout to the Princes street / West end or to Leith walk.

Tesco, Farmfood, sunbed, is 10 minutes walk and Morrisons Is 15 mins walk. Pharmacy, post office is also for few mins walk.
Cramond beach/shore 10-15 mins walk!
