Hey all,
our flatmate is moving out and we're looking for someone to move into her double room. The room is available from the 25th of June. The house is located close to King's Buildings and is a 10 minute walk to Cameron Toll. There are decent bus connections and the city centre is a 10-15 minute cycle. The room is furnished (see pictures) and includes a smart TV. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a back garden. You'd be sharing the house with myself and Niall. I'm a research assistant at the Uni of Edinburgh and have been living in Edinburgh for the best part of two years. I speak English and German. Niall is studying Spanish and Russian at the Uni of Edinburgh and works part time as a bartender.
Given the current situation, we were hoping the arrange some viewings over zoom over the next week or so. If you're interested, get in touch! We can't wait to hear from you.
