I rent a two bedroom property from a letting agency and my current flatmate is moving out so I am looking to replace him. The room is decent size with a walk in wardrobe, desk, bookcase and chest of drawers.
The flat has a large sitting room with dining table, bathroom with bath and shower and small kitchen.
The flat is near the top of Easter Road, on a direct bus route to Bristo Square and Sighthill for Edinburgh College and Napier campuses.
A bit about me; I'm 36 and work full time at Edinburgh University (currently working from home but will return to being office based). I'm pretty quiet, not a huge cook and I don't smoke. My only requirements for a flatmate is someone who wont smoke in the flat and who will do their dishes 🙂
The rent of £575 includes all bills, a cleaner, fast internet and netflix/amazon/virgin TV in the sitting room. Deposit is £400.
Room is available 1 August, happy to do video viewings.
The landlord doesn't allow pets but i love dogs so if you're up for taking the dog out/hiding them during any flat inspection then I'm up for you having the room. I'm also happy to help out with doggie walking especially while im still working from home.
