House is a 3 bedroom semi detached family home with an attic.

Newly installed kitchen and appliances, stovetop, etc. And newly installed shower with 2 types shower heads and fantastic water pressure. Big old bathtub with character for bubble baths.

There's a massive park with lots of wooded areas directly across the street.

We are 5 mins from Napier University.

There's a Premier grocer about 5 mins away, Scotmid is about 10 mins walk, and we have 2 large Tesco's Apr. 25 mins away each direction.

We are near the 21 and 22 bus routes.

We have huge private garden and we are growing lots of food to be more self sufficient. 🍓🍈🍍🍅🌶️🥕🌽🥦🥒Food we are growing includes but is not limited to: potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, blueberries, rocket, cress, spinach, various lettuce, corn, melons and other squash.

We also have swanky solar panels cuz we're nifty like that. 🌞🌞🌞

We have a HAMMOCK and a large FIRE-PIT in the back garden. 💤🔥

Bedroom has faux wood laminate, as well as rest of downstairs and we have real wood flooring everywhere else. 🌳

This ground level bedroom faces out to the back garden with a large window.

The bedroom has built in storage in and there's plenty other places for storage throughout the house.

We have a real fireplace in the living room for cozy nights🔥🔥🔥

We have guitars, a powerful sound system, amps, mic, and a cb radio. Fun times!

Ideally looking for someone who is friendly, personable, reasonably tidy but not anal, and likes gardens.

We are 2 guys (24 and 41 years young) and 1 36 year old woman.👩‍👦‍👦

2 of us are musicians in the house. Don't play often but it's nice when we do.

We all do gardening, make communal meals and listen to a wide variety of music.

Sometimes we dance with the Wii to stay fit in the morning. We go through a lot of coffee. 😂
