We are renting our fabulous and spacious loft conversion in the lovely residential area of Inverleith. The large bright room has an ensuite bathroom and a shared kitchen downstairs. It also has a double futon sofa bed as well as the double bed. The lovely bathroom has a separate bath and shower. This is ideal for couples or a single working professional.
The loft offers staggering views and is well placed for public transport across the city. There is also free parking on the adjacent street (Ferry Road). There are small convenience stores on Inveleith Row and the Royal Botanical Gardens is a short distance on foot.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a long term tenant in one and the other will be used by my wife or I 1 or 2 days a week from August. There may occasionally be other guests in there.
Dave, our long term tenant is a musician waiting for restrictions to end so that work can re-commence!
The bills would be £50 a month for council tax as well as a share of gas and electric and broadband.
