Furnished double room in home with dog and terrace

My lovely flatmate is moving back to NZ and so as of August I will have a spare room to rent!

The bedroom to rent is spacious and has enough space for a desk if wanted, it has access to the guest bathroom so this is mainly yours as I have an en-suite. It's fully furnished, decorated and homely, as is the rest of the flat. I have a large private terrace with benches, a grass area and potentially a hot tub coming soon!

Bills come to around £120 a month (internet, gas & electricity, council tax). The flat is close to town with a bus stop less than a 2 minute walk from the door!

I have my 11 year old labrador with me in the flat who is very quiet and well behaved and enjoys getting a good tickle. Myself, I am a laid-back flatmate who likes socialising, going to the pub, spending time outdoors or as the gym (usually), drinking with friends, and chilling out in the living room. I do like my shared areas to be kept tidy & I am a very considerate, reasonable, down to earth person who doesn't get upset over silly things. I am sociable but I also like my alone time.
