New Flatmate Needed ASAP for Leith Flat

Looking for a new, preferably woman, flatmate to move in at the start of August. Referencing would need to be done within the next week.

The flat is in Mitchell Street in Leith.

Here's the monthly payments: £412.50pm, council tax £66pm (though I will be a student in September, going to college, so keep that in mind), wifi £11.70pm and the electricity is a top up meter, hopefully not much more than £30pm. Somewhere around £520pm all together. The deposit is £618.75.

The pictures are from when I viewed the property earlier this year as this is happening quite quickly and I've been busy working. The bedroom pictured is the one you would be moving into: double bed, facing the back so its quiet, with two in-built cupboards for storage. The kitchen has a washer and separate dryer which is basically a luxury! Livingroom with two couches. Really good space overall, I really like this flat. Very close to the Shore, Ocean Terminal and all Leith's amenities. You would be renting with The Flat Company, so far I've had great customer service which is a novelty for letting agents in this city.

I'm looking for a flatmate thats quite chill, tidy and good fun. I enjoy baking, cooking, a wee bit painting, binge watching all kinds of TV, playing video games, playing board games and card games, and pretending that my plants are a good substitute for a pet. I work in Care full time currently but like I mentioned above I will be going to Edinburgh College come September.
