As my current flatmate is moving out I am looking for a young profession to take over her bright, spacious double room on Rose street ( can it get any more central?).

Room is available 1st of August.

Flat includes : spacious shared living room, shared kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, shared bathroom with bathtub.

Your room: fully furnished double room with a desk, chair, mirror, drawers, shoe rack, huge closet.

I am a young professional working from home at the moment with a 9-5pm schedule. I am very active person who enjoys going for runs, eating out, hiking and travelling. Ideally, i would be looking for someone likeminded with similar lifestyle who is up for a chat In the evenings but also respectful Of my work and clean.

The flat is through agency so you would need to pass the formal checks.
