Large double room to rent in colony flat

I have a large double room for rent in a traditional colony property in Abbeyhill. The flat has recently been renovated and is fully furnished.

£600 per month for rent and bills (council tax, gas, electrics, sky tv and internet).

The flat is an upper colony with own garden and front door. The spare bedroom is on the ground floor, along with kitchen and living room. Upstairs has a bedroom, study room and bathroom.

I am a professional female who (normally) work 9-5 in the city centre. I am fairly chilled but would ask that future roommates are tidy and respectful. In my spare time I enjoy running, painting, yoga, seeing friends.

I’m looking for someone who is good chat, chilled and keen to socialise, but equally happy to do their own thing.
