Description
Looking for a professional to move in around 20th August (someone bailed last minute) can be flexible regarding the move in date.
A spacious double bedroom became available in a charming Victorian flat in the area of Dean Village (5-10 minute walk from Princes street) since my flatmate is moving back to France for work reasons.
The room will be ready to move in towards the end of August but an earlier entry would be possible to arrange too.
There is storage galore - two cupboards belonging to the room itself plus a two mirror wardrobe with separate hanging and shelf compartments.
The room comes with a huge desk and an area by the window that can also be utilised for workspace.
Our area is very quiet - we’re looking at the West End from the lounge and the bedroom window is positioned towards the Water of Leith.
As for me, I am currently working full-time but I am starting my master’s in psychology in September (this will not affect the council tax). I like to live in a relaxed environment but it is important to me for that environment to be clean and tidy.
I have a band and occasionally (once a month?) I have people over for a jam so it would be great to live with someone who is musically inclined. Otherwise I am a fairly quiet person and I intend to focus on my studies. Won’t say no to a glass of wine and a movie night tho!
