Lovely bright, airy room with a double loft bed, seating area and separate closet available in a villa flat within walking distance of Edinburgh city centre through the beautiful Holyrood Park.
The flat has a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining & sitting area. There is also a leafy garden which has a patio. Permanently resident are two quirky cats.
We are looking for a responsible, respectful, positive and active flatmate who is vegetarian or vegan and not allergic to either cats or housework. We also prefer people who are environmentally mindful.

About us; landlords/flatmates
We are an artist and teacher couple in our 50s.
We are enthusiastic cooks, nature lovers, happy gardeners, keen cyclists, fast walkers, Pilates practitioners and newish yogis. We love theatre, dance and music.

A female PHD student whose interests include reading, nature, tai chi and meditation.

Included in the rent is Council Tax (Band E), super fast broadband and all household energy bills.
