Bright Flat in Leith/Bonnington

Hi, I'm Lily! My flatmate is planning to move out in August/September, so I'm looking for someone to take over their room
It was actually my old room, so I can honestly say it's a lovely, cosy space! It comes furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, and a mirrored wardrobe.
The flat has a newly refurbished shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living area. We also have access to a communal garden and a car park.
A little about me: I'm clean, respectful of personal space, and enjoy a balance of socialising and having my own time. I've been lucky enough to become good friends with my previous flatmates, so it'd be nice to find someone I get on well with
