Mon-Fri only: Double room in quiet garden flat

Hi there, I have a double bedroom available to rent on a Monday- Friday let basis only (or fewer nights) in my lovely two bed flat in a quiet area of Corstorphine super close to the tram line into the city centre (10-15min journey), bus links and cycle routes. The flat is a ground floor garden flat in a quiet cul de sac, with on street parking, a small south west facing back garden area (just finishing diying it!), shared grass drying area adjoining, and simple gravel front garden.

The flat has a shared living room with door out to back garden, kitchen, bathroom (shower only), hall with storage cupboard. The bedroom on offer is a furnished double with large mirror corner wardrobe, a chest of drawers, double bed with mattress, small desk and bedside table.
The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas/elec, broadband, TV etc) but with expectation of at maximum a 4 night stay each week, with arrival Monday evening and departure Friday morning. A fewer number of nights per week can be discussed. The room may be used at weekends.

Monday to Friday lets are aimed at those who live too far from the city for daily commuting and want accommodation just a few nights a week for work/study purposes. I wont be renting to anyone looking for full week accommodation, so please let me know when you contact me what your situation is and why a Mon-Fri let suits you.

I am a friendly 39 year old professional female, tidy and I've shared with flatmates/lodgers lots. I prefer to share with someone very independent but friendly and up for a chat now and again. Definitely over the party/going out stage of life, but enjoy occasional drinks out or having a few people around for drinks, food and games/chat. Love the outdoors and wildlife/nature.

I'd like somone mostly working away from the home (probably goes hand in hand with a Mon-Fri let anyway!) but a day or so WFH is fine. I rarely have anyone over during the weekday evenings and Im out for swimming/socialising a fair bit!
