Large double room in modern, clean flat

The room is a very spacious double with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe included. There is a common bathroom which would essentially be the tenants as my bedroom has an en-suite. The room faces out onto a landscaped garden area with views to the Forth.

The flat is welcoming and homely, fully furnished to a high standard and has a large balcony area from the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very well kept and clean.

The flat is in a quiet newbuild estate and has a bus route from the bottom of the road with the 7, 37 and 47 all taking you into town within 30 minutes. Cameron Toll is 10 minutes away as is Straiton retail park.
There are so many walking routes nearby with the Braid Hills just 5 minutes walk away and the Pentlands a 10 minute drive.

I'm looking for someone who will respect the flat and keep it clean and tidy. Ideally a female professional over 25 years old, who can be sociable but also doesn't mind time to themselves. I work full time and am generally pretty busy but would enjoy getting to know someone new!
