Myself (Rosie) and Sam are looking to rent out the third fully furnished room of our 3 bed flat just off Slateford road.

Availability: The room is vacant now, so we are looking for someone to move in ASAP. Professionals and mature/post-graduate students welcome.

- TV on the wall
- Electric heater
-little chair - can be removed if you wanted.
-lots of room for storage

The flat:
- Cosy sociable living room with 2 large sofas (which fold out to beds), tv and 6 seater dining table.
- Communal kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine oven and shared appliances. You’ll also get a double sided cabinet for your storage.
- Communal bathroom with separate electric shower and a bath. I have my own shower, so you only share the communal shower/bath with 1 other person.
- Hallway cupboard for extra storage if required.
- Superfast Virgin broadband with router next to your bedroom.

The area:
- Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Lidl are a 3 min walk.
- Asda, M&S, Poundland and a retail park are a 10 min walk.
- Free parking.
- Bus routes: 4, 44, 34 and 35 to city centre outside the flat (15 min journey)
-40 min walk to the centre of town
-5min walk to Harrison Park and canal path

The flatmates:
Me and Sam are both young professionals who are friendly and sociable, but respect the need for everyone’s privacy and personal space. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and enjoy a movie nights, cooking together when we can, having drinks and chit chats, going for hikes and love to go climbing and exploring the city.
