This north facing bright room on the north side of Edinburgh is compact with a small double bed, including new mattress, built in wardrobe, TV and small desk/computer table.
Fresh bedlinen offered weekly. Lodger is responsible for maintenance and light cleaning of the room and waste disposal. Deep clean is provided once a month.
The house is near the sea, yet 20 mins to the city centre by 23 bus. Easy access to local pubs and restaurants and 10 minutes by bus to Ocean Terminal
