Rent is £500 all BILLS INCLUDED (BROADBAND ALSO)

I am looking for somebody easy going, friendly and somebody who can keep flat tidy and can clean after themself.

Flat has 2 double rooms, 1 living-room with balcony, spacious kitchen and 1 bathroom.
