In summary, the accommodation comprises :
Double bedroom (small double bed, tv, study desk, lounge chair, wardrobe unit comprising chest of drawers/hanging rail, central heating radiator).
Hall (coat hooks and seperating door to shared storage for ironing board, iron, hoover, etc + access stair to upper levels),
Shower Rm (wc, whb, shower, mirror wall cabinet, towel radiator)
Kitchenette (worktop, sink, fridge, wall & floor storage cabinets, microwave/grille, portable hotplate, folding dining table/chairs, wall board storage).
Rear door - private access to accommodation via rear access door of house.
WiFi and all bills included.
The accommodation could best be described as a good sized & good quality bedsit with the benefit of a private main door access (rear door of property) and although intended as a weekday let, may suit those seeking privacy and a short ormedium term let only.
I (the landlord) will be living in the upper 1st & 2nd floor levels (access via front door of house and seperated from this gf accommodation by a hall door). The accommodation is therefore self contained with complete privacy.
There is shared access to a gf hall cupboard storing iron, ironing board, clothes 'horse' and hoover.
Use of the washing machine in the landlords 1st floor kitchen is available as can use of a freezer compartment and hob/oven for occassional 'proper' cooking.
Just to reiterate, the accommodation is self contained with private main door access and seperating hall door from remainder of house and so i would not classify myself strictly speaking as a 'live in' landlord.
