It is a large city-centre flat with two bathrooms, 5 min from Royal Mile/ Canongate. The room has a large King-Size bed. The flat is always kept clean and tidy, and there are no parties. I am looking for someone responsible, clean, and easy-going.

The flat enjoys an amazing central location and beautiful views of Artur’s Seat extinct Volcano and the Holyrood park. Located in a quiet residential area, close to Edinburgh University and library.
Flat has all essential appliances: washing machine, dryer, big fridge/freezer and small appliances. The area has a lot of all kinds of shops nearby. Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's, with a small Tesco 2 min away. There are two bus stops 2 and 7 min away from the house. Many bus routes are going through this area (10 min max to Princess Street).
