Flat 30s from Arthur’s seat with a Frenchman

Heya!

My flatmate has left me with a spare room which I’m hoping to fill with a clean, reasonably quiet and sociable individual :)

I’m French but I’ve lived in the US, in the UK and in China. I’m doing a PhD in artificial intelligence and I’ll be working from my room until my uni office reopens. I’m more of a movie/chat/games type than a party type, although a beer on Friday nights can be nice. I like to work on my own in my room and come out to socialise in common areas during the day. I have a girlfriend but she only comes once a week and takes no space.

I don’t pay council tax as a student so I’ll likely only consider professionals who don’t expect me to share the tax for the flat.
