Double room available in spacious 2 bed apartment close to Haymarket Station. You will have your own bathroom and a spacious room with double bed. There is a spacious lounge/diner/kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher. Parking is available at the door as the complex has its own permit system.

The area is very quiet, and I am only at the flat a few nights per month at the moment. The apartment is best suited to someone looking for a short term let until they get settled in Edinburgh, someone who is being seconded for a fixed time and does not want to relocate full or a visiting PhD/ Msc/ MBA...or similar.

There are great transport links bus, train, tram, airport bus are all within 5 minutes
