Bright, fully furnished double room available in newly decorated top (4th) floor 2-bed flat in Tollcross/Fountainbridge area.

South-facing room furnished with double bed, triple wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, under-bed storage, drawer unit, bookcase and either a desk or an armchair depending on your preference (the furniture has been moved around since the photos of the room have been taken which is why it doesn't match). Rest of flat comprised of kitchen/living room, second double bedroom, newly renovated bathroom and a separate shower room.

I'm the owner of the flat and work as a trainee solicitor (currently from home). I play hockey and lacrosse and enjoy seeing my friends (as much as Covid allows) and going out for a drink but also happy having an evening watching Bake Off! Looking for someone with similar interests. I've also just invested some time in making the flat a nicer place to live so looking for someone who will be respectful and can enjoy it with me. I like to think I'm a friendly and sociable person but also respectful of other's personal space. I've only recently moved to Edinburgh from Glasgow and hoping to find a flatmate who is not only good to live with but can be friends with too.

Lots of supermarkets and amenities nearby, but the street is quiet.

Bills and council tax would all-in be around £110, this is not included in the rent price. I am also happy to live with a student if it's the right fit and would not ask for a council tax contribution if this was the case so bills alone would be £50.
