Newington Flat - Room with own bathroom

My current roommate is moving out so I am looking for someone to move into the flat, available from the 12th of February.

The flat is in Newington and has 2 bedrooms, a shared kitchen and living room. The flat also has two bathrooms. The rent is £472.50 per person and the flat council tax is band E. Bills are additional. In total everything is around £600 a month. There is also a deposit required to be paid via the property manager on moving in. The flat also comes with a parking space in a private car park. If you don't drive the flat is around a half hour walk from the centre of town and has excellent transport links to the rest of the city and the royal infirmary

Ideally looking for a professional female, preferably of a similar age to myself. I am 29 and work in science. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, doing home workouts, socialising with friends and going for walks. I’d like to think I am a pretty clean and tidy person so would ideally want a flat mate who will also keep the flat clean and tidy.
