The flat has two bathrooms, a box room and a big cupboard for storage, and a shared kitchen/living room.

A great location, a walking distance from the meadows and 10-15 minutes away from Princes Street by bus. Corner shops and bigger grocery stores (Sainbury's, Co-Op, Tesco, Lidl...) a walking distance away as well!

All the current tenants are students (UoE and Queen Margaret) and we are looking for a fourth student to join us due to council tax reasons! We are all tidy, chill, and like to hang out together but also respect each other's privacy.
