Our flat is in a great location right opposite the meadows, only a 20 minute walk from Princes Street and is close to various bus routes (41, 42, 67 and other bus routes on South Clerk Street). Rent is £350 a month, council tax is £58 and the rest of the bills are about £50 each month.
The room is fully furnished with a new wardrobe and a lot of storage space.
The flat has 2 bathrooms and a lounge you’ll find us hanging out in most nights just having a chat after work or watching Netflix.
The flat is shabby sheek but we love it!
You would be living with three working professionals in their 20s/30s.
We are looking for a friendly, laid back working professional to join our little home.

Move in date is Sunday 1st of November, No couple or students for council tax purposes, sorry!
