The flat is modern with all modern appliances, fixtures and fittings. The flat has a separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The separate living room is large, with dining table and fireplace. The bathroom is modern, with a large high quality shower, which has a full body massage function.

The rooms are very quiet and have a lot of great natural sunlight.
The rooms are large with a queen size bed, built in wardrobe ( has plenty of storage space also) and the room has its own sink with mirror.

The property is located on William Street in the west end of Edinburgh. William street is a lovely, quiet street. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within 1-2 minute walk from the property. Its a 1 minute walk to the tram stop on Shandwick Place, and a 5 minute walk to Haymarket Train Station, and a 12 minute walk to Waverley Train Station. Its 1 minute walk to Princes Street and George Street. It’s a 10 minute walk to Stockbridge also. It’s a very safe area with a strong community spirit. This location is incredible as it’s very quiet and very close to everything in the city centre.

I am flexible in what I'm looking for in a tenant. Basically, someone who is friendly, kind and respectful.
