I’m moving out of my current flat and am looking for someone to take over my room. It is a fully furnished double room, with a built in wardrobe. It also has a nice adjoining bathroom, with a shower-bath. This is a lovely new build house close to local amenities in the Meadowbank area. Upstairs is spacious and bright with large windows and there’s a balcony looking over the private garden which there is sole-access to. There’s plenty of storage space and a garage next to the property along with free parking outside. The house is located close to most main bus routes also, with busses 10 minutes away from Princes st. All bills including council tax are included in the price.

Ideally suited would be a friendly, working professional. You would be sharing with a 31 year old professional lady 😊
