Our family has two children. We like books and games and movies.... and doing stuff outside. We don't have a pet but would be open to having a lodger with a pet. There is a back garden with morning sun and patio doors from the kitchen. There is a front garden with evening sun. The house is warm and has double glazing and gas central heating. Your room would be on the ground floor while the family bedrooms are upstairs. The bathroom with gas heated hot water for the bath and an electric shower is upstairs and there is a 2nd toilet downstairs. The street is a quiet cul de sac. I work in healthcare so we are strictly COVID compliant. The house has BT Fibre broadband wi-fi and a TV license. The rent includes council tax and bills apart from gas and electric. I will ask for a one third payment towards the gas and electric every month. If you like the idea of living with a family, short or long term, please get in touch and come and meet us.
