Hi, I’m Jenny! I’m a Pharmacist working in NHS Lothian hospital and looking for a professional to rent the spare room in the flat I’m in. I’m clean/ tidy, sociable, easy to get on with but also like my own space. Love cooking, music and the outdoors but equally like a Netflix binge/ wine and cheese night!

I’m looking for a professional non-smoker who is similarly minded – I’m often busy and would want someone who is independent and ideally not working from home and who is clean and tidy.

The flat is really nice. It’s fully furnished, 2 bed, shared spacious bathroom (with bath and shower), living room with a dining area and separate kitchen. The room available has a double bed, chest of drawers and open wardrobe with ample hanging space. There is also a desk and chair (not pictured as recently bought).

The flat has access to a communal garden and is in the centre of Canonmills – a great area close to parks, local bars and shops, Tesco and the Water of Leith. 5 minute walk from Broughton Street ,10 minute walk from Stockbridge and 15 from Princes Street.

Rent is inclusive of utilities (gas, electricity, council tax, broadband).

Room is available from 14th December (or earlier if needed).
