We are two doctors looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom flat in New Town. The flat has a light open plan kitchen and living room with induction hob, balcony and secure bike storage. We are a 15 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley, 10 minute walk from Inverleith Park and the Botanic Gardens, and have excellent bus links to the centre. The room has a large ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and extensive wardrobe storage. We are both very relaxed and enjoy catching up over a cup of tea or baking in the evening. Bonus points if you can contribute friendly house plants or board games to our collection.
