Small Double Room for Professional in Comely Bank

We have a double room available in a flatshare, sharing with 2 professional females. We’re looking for a sociable, tidy and considerate flatmate. We enjoy socialising together in the flat but are also respectful of each other’s space.

The room is relatively small but is priced accordingly. It has a large storage cupboard, under-bed storage, a chest of drawers, and a desk.

There‘s also a communal garden/drying green.

Comely Bank is a lovely area - it’s just a few minutes walk from Inverleith Park, the Botanics, and Stockbridge.

Rent is £310 plus £64 council tax which is payable to the landlord each month, and the remaining bills are split equally between housemates.

Move in date will be from 7th July.
