Lovely bedroom + boxroom for a vegetarian

A lovely room available for 1 person from the beginning of March in a quirky 2-floor Dalry Colonies flat. The room will be partly unfurnished as most of the furniture in the bedroom is mine (I'm swapping rooms) but will have a mattress and a low bed frame, there is a possibility of adding other small furniture. There are two built-in cupboards for storage and a boxroom off the bedroom perfect for an art studio or a working space.

Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a small south facing private garden that I try to grow herbs and some veggies in.

The room is ideal for someone mature (but young at heart!) and vegetarian (this is quite important). If you've got green fingers and are environmentally conscious, that's a bonus! I'm in my late 30s so someone of similar age would suit well. Flat shared with myself: independent, working mostly from home, vegan, plant mum, obsessed with foraging. I study part-time and work in creative/arts/culture sector and like an occasional wild night out in a good club or at a rave. Ideally looking for someone to share a home with, not just a lodger, who's clean, tidy, communicative and respectful and doesn't mind guests in the house from time to time.

You'd need to be able to go through the agency/landlord checks and pay the deposit, and unfortunately you cannot be a full-time student.

£520 for the room (a steal considering an added boxroom!), bills & CT on top of the rent.
