Located 5 min walk from bus routes in/out of the city centre, 33, 7 which take approx 25 mins to reach the city centre. Many buses also from the hospital which is 10-15 min walk.

Amenities nearby - Cameron Toll shopping centre, Fort Kinnaird retail park, Lidl, Aldi, Morrisons, Royal Commonwealth pool, etc.) and it is surrounded by green spaces (Little France Park and Craigmillar park & Castle).

The Room is furnished and includes built in wardrobes.. Access to your own Bathroom with shower (pics show bathroom before shower was installed).

You would be sharing with 32yo (M) and 34yo (M) professional couple and 8yo small friendly dog. I work from home 3 days per week in the home office.
Looking for a working professional to occupy the room. The house and area is quiet so would suit someone who wants the same. Also someone who respects personal space and is relatively tidy.
This is a short term let, available between the 20th of April and 20th of July.
Price 800£/month or 200/week if staying less a month
