Our flatmate is sadly moving out at the end of the year so we are looking for someone to take over her room from late December/early January.
We have a very central fully-furnished 4 bedroom flat in Viewcraig Gardens, EH8 9UN. The flat has a lovely communal lounge and fully kitted out kitchen, a downstairs bathroom /w shower and a second toilet upstairs (see photos attached).
You will be sharing with 3 people (22-25). Two of us are young working professionals (a professional actor and a bartender) and a full time student. We are all very social, laid back, clean and like to hang out together but enjoy our own personal space at times.
We are looking for someone around the same age who is sociable, reliable, clean and LGBT+ friendly. If this sparks any interest please shoot me a message and we can have a chat and possibly arrange a viewing!
