I am moving to my own place so looking for someone to take my room. It's a furnished, cosy double room with a desk, chest of drawers, and built in wardrobe. The flat is shared with two other professional females that share bathroom, kitchen, and living room spaces. Council tax is split equally so students are welcome but need to be willing to pay their share. The location is great and there is permit parking nearby.
Ideally looking for a female in their 20s either professional or student.
Please note, the landlord is considering selling the flat in the future so this would likely be a short term let until summer 2021.
