We're looking for somebody long term. Previous tenants have enjoyed long stays here and we enjoy the house feeling like a home and not a stop-gap. We're sociable but happy to give each other space. We all work different schedules and are flexible about working around each other when needed. It's a friendly house and we're looking for someone that fits well with us.
There is plenty of storage space with a double wardrobe and large chest of drawers. There is also a small built in storage cupboard. The flat has 3 bedrooms and you will be sharing with one full-time lodger and a part-time owner landlord. Please be an open minded / LGBT friendly person.
The flat has been decorated to a high standard and comes with the expected mod cons - electric central heating throughout, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and drier in a separate laundry cupboard, high speed internet and energy efficient appliances.
Located in the North of Edinburgh, West Pilton Rise, the property is excellently located for access to the rest of the city, Western General hospital and a fast direct bus route to Edinburgh Airport. It is also just a short walk from Marine Drive for great walks and views across the Firth to Fife. There is on street parking available if you have a car.
The area of West Pilton has seen huge development in the past 5 years and is a popular hub for those working in the city or requiring access to the major routes to Glasgow, Stirling, Perth....
Rent is inclusive of bills - council tax, internet, electricity (reasonable use), TV License.
