The flat comprises of 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen with all the appliances (many of them new), a bathroom and a small extra room which we use to chill, listen to music or read with a view to the shared garden.

The rent is 400 pounds/mth, all inclusive (Council Tax, internet and utility bills included in the price). 400 pounds deposit and a month notice are also required.
