Flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, with shared lounge, dinning-kitchen, and bath/shower room.
Double Bedroom 1 at rear is available for rent; Bedroom 2 at front is resided by long-term quiet male lodger.

Advertised rent per calendar month is for 3 months+ for single occupancy. Couples are subject to an additional £50pcm.
Short term rent is £300 per week (£400 during festival), or part thereof, for up to 4 weeks.
