There is a (cat) in the house. This is a very playful cat and will want attention and if you are uncomfortable with this then this will not be the right room for you. Basically it's the cats house and we all live here to serve him.

To answer the most asked question, The house also has a combination boiler so no need to wait for hot water, hot water on demand and the water pressure is very good. The house is kept at a toasty 21-23 Celsius all year round.

The house is on a quiet street with plenty of parking on the street if you have a car, Bus stop is a minute away. Ideal for anyone at Edinburgh University or working at the Hospital.

What are we looking for:
Professional or student, someone who wants to take the room for at least 6 months.
Looking for someone who can keep not only their own personal space but also the communal areas clean. Someone who is social and would want to join in for a film night or a takeaway night. We do takeaway twice a month and go out for dinner once a month
One tenant is a nurse who can work awkward hours so please only apply if you are not a light sleeper. This tenant may be up and about at all hours due to night shifts.
